Born and raised in Brooklyn NY, Damion fell in love with music at the tender age of 3. With his family hailing from Guyana- a Caribbean country in South America- Damion, was exposed very early to the musical liking’s of, Bob Marley, Buju Banton, Bounty Killa, (etc.). Seeing that he grew up in New York during the 90’s, east coast hip-hop became a very influential part of his life. By the age of 10, Damion, moved to the Midwest, in order to live with his father. Staying consistent with his passion for music, he began writing verses to songs he would hear on the radio, that were popular at the time. While still currently residing in the Midwest, Damion has performed in a number of shows spanning Chicago to Atlanta. Making a name for himself with his lyrical ability, Damion has performed at a number of competitions throughout the Midwest, has had the opportunity to open up for top artist’s such as: YSN Flow, Ric Jilla, Dor Or Die, Big Sam (of Lil John And The Eastside Boyz), Youngbloodz, and Young Dro, just to name a few, and has won 1st place at Coast2Coast in Indianapolis in January 2020
